  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed after deducting 4% government tax and delivery charges if a return is made.

  • For advance payment orders (0-payment orders), the full payment will be refunded upon a valid return.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Delivery charges apply as indicated at checkout and may vary based on location.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Shipping Charges: Paid by the customer. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds:

    • Advance payment orders (0-payment orders) will receive a full refund upon return approval.

    • COD orders will receive a refund after deducting 4% government tax and delivery charges.

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
